After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Boston with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production, she broke onto the professional music scene early when invited by Oscar and Grammy winning composer A.R. Rahman to co-write and sing on his production of “Hand’s around the World” (seen above).  Since then, she has landed her first movie soundtrack placement alongside  Rahman for the movie Mimi which premiers July 30th 2021 on Netflix.  Julia co-wrote and performed the final track Rock a Bye Baby.

She has opened for Grammy Nominated Country/Pop artist Ingrid Andress at the Red Room in Boston, and has performed alongside legends like Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell) and Rob Lewis (Toni Braxton). Additionally, Julia has also performed for the likes of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Scott Borchetta (Big Machine Records).

Julia’s most popular single "Serendipity" with Singaporean singer/songwriter lewloh  has reached over 2.5 million streams on Spotify alone. She is collaborating with lewloh again for a follow up single “Terminal”, to be released August 2021.

She is currently writing with Jakke Erixson (Ava Max) and A.R. Rahman on several upcoming projects. With international recognition and endorsements from sources like WeFoundNewMusic, toronto.com, CASIO, and Audeze, Julia is definitely an artist to look out for.
