After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Boston with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production, she broke onto the music scene when invited by Oscar and Grammy winning composer A.R. Rahman to co-write and sing on his production of “Hand’s around the World” . Since then, she's worked alongside Rahman for the movie Mimi (seen above) which premiered on July 26th 2021 on Netflix. Julia co-wrote and performed the final track on the soundtrack Rock a Bye Baby.
She has opened for Grammy Nominated Country/Pop artist Ingrid Andress and has performed alongside legends like Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell) and Rob Lewis (Toni Braxton). Additionally, Julia has also performed for the likes of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Scott Borchetta (Big Machine Records).
Julia's music has reached millions. Through penning cuts with Sweet California and Javi Luna, and her collaborations with lewloh Ariza etc.
She is currently writing with Jakke Erixson (Ava Max), Ariza (Dua Lipa) and A.R. Rahman on several upcoming projects.
With international recognition and endorsements from sources like WeFoundNewMusic, toronto.com, CASIO, and Audeze, Julia is definitely an artist to look out for.
